They broke the chains
That rattled my stillness,
That brought me pain.
They came to me
With kindness and love,
They helped me find myself,
Lost - had enough.
And now I feel the love
I had missed.
I'm complete in this circle,
I'm part of the gift,
Of friendship and love
that keeps us alive.
Of friendship and love,
pass the token, strive -
To love like never Joy
Of kindness, give more,
This is your gift,
Spread confidence, love out-pour.
Give back what was given,
Share what you took in,
For your turn has come
