Ii On Walrass Works
See, for instance, the general introduction to A.Walras (1990). That the indifference with respect to the work and the person of Léon Walras from his own university belongs to the past is illustrated by the recent foundation (and the first activities) of the 'Centre Walras-Pareto' in the University of Lausanne in 1991.
This book was ready for publication at the time of Walras's death, but it had never been published. The Walras Centre therefore decided to bring out the Mélanges first. See Hébert and Potier (1987).
Although most of his publications are on the list, it is not totally accurate. The best and most complete bibliography of Walras's writings is Walker (1987d). It corrects some errors made by Walras. The latter bibliography also contains the (re)publications and translations dating from after Walras's death; moreover, it also contains Walras's non-economic writings, some dozens of titles.
We thank Jean-Pierre Potier for checking these indications.
The Complete Economic Works, incidentally, contain more than is reported in the autobibliography. The Abrégé is included in Part VIII, for instance, whereas the 'Tentatives' (see Chapter 4) have found a place in Volume XI.

The entries 1907, 1908 and 1909 were later added in Walras's own hand.
